Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, sometimes things can go wrong. In the event that this rare occurrence takes place, you as the consumer have the following options on products that are under warranty:
- We will replace at our discretion, in part or whole, a product which is defective in operation, materials or workmanship throughout the warranty period.
- We will give you a full refund.
The warranty covers product issues that are due to manufacturing faults and is for parts only. Our products are tested extensively in order to ensure this does not happen and that they give you no hassle operation for years. This allows us to offer the warranty from the date the product was purchased.
If you have a warranty inquiry please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp our business account on +353 (0)93 32635 and we will try to resolve the issue without you having to return the item. If we cannot resolve the issue by phone, then we will move to step 2.
Step 2: At this point we will ask you to return the item back for inspection. If we agree that the item is faulty, then we will issue you with a refund or a replacement (part or whole) and also reimburse your shipping fees. If the item is deemed to be damaged on installation or through improper use we will not issue a refund for either the item or the return shipping.
Kitchen & Bathroom Taps are covered by a 3 year parts or 5 year warranty depending on the product. This info can be found on the product page.
Wastes are covered by a 1 year parts warranty.
Cartridges, hose seals and O-rings are not included in the warranty as they are considered parts that need to be replaced periodically.
