Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
We try and make all cancellations, returns & refunds as hassle free as possible, so you can rest assured when ordering from us here at the thetapshop.ie. Please follow the guidelines below.
If you have ordered Goods, but they have not been dispatched yet, you may cancel your order without giving a reason. You will have no obligation and we will return your money. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
If the goods have been dispatched already then you must not unpack the goods on arrival. You must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk within 14 days of informing us.

Returns & Refunds:
Under Consumer Rights regulations you have the right to request a return and refund of your order within 14 days of receipt.
To do this please contact us at email@example.com and we will tell you how to proceed. We will send you a returns form to send back with the item(s). Please also quote the order number in the initial communication.
We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
- We receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
- You comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
The goods will be returned at your own risk and cost. We recommend that you ensure any courier you appoint has appropriate insurance and we recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels.
Please note, you must check the tap on arrival and prior to installation for any surface finish issues. If the tap has already been installed, we will not accept any returns regarding surface finish as they will be assumed to have happened during install.
We will refund your money within 14 days of your order cancellation and within 14 days of an agreed refund for a return.
